If you are unsure of your size, just follow our easy to use size guide, located on every product page. The size guide offers an insight into your ideal Limerick size as well as international size conversions. However, please keep in mind that this is only a guide and we advise you refer to each product description for more information on the fit of each style.
You can also place an order as per your size requirement by selecting our Custom Size option, under which a selected style of you choice is tailor made according to the measurements provided by you, by using a step by step video guide or via email.

5) Can I send my exact measurements after placing the order?
Yes, please refer to our custom size/ made to measure feature. You are required to submit your body measurements, following a step by step video guide or fill up a measurement form and email.
6) How can I use Custom Size / Made To Measure feature?
You need to be signed into your account to use this service.
Once you have selected the product, please press ‘+ Add detailed measurements for perfect fit’ link on the product page right below the size guide to submit the your body measurements.
You can choose to submit your body measurements either online or via email.
To submit online, please follow the step by step video guide. We in courage you to submit the same online as the same are stored in your ‘My Account’ section for future.
To send via email please select the same, a PDF file will automatically get downloaded, you are required to fill and email the same.
7) Can I order over the phone?

8) What if I am missing an item from my order?

It depends upon the style selected, lead time for all styles are different and is mentioned on the product page under Shipping & Returns – please refer to that.

Enter your discount code on checkout. It is not applicable for purchase of sale items and cannot be combined with other promotions/offers.
14) How can I make amends to my order and/or cancel it?
Need to amend or cancel your order. We will be able to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and payments have been settled for/ Your card has been charged. This generally takes around 24 to 36 hours. If you cancel the order before that we shall refund the order in full. 15) Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order, or as Limerick By Abirr N’ Nanki store credit. Shipping costs, taxes/duties and bank charges levied are not refunded for items unless your items are faulty. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
16) Can I return items purchased on discount or sale?

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, Diners Club, Rupay cards, Pay pal and any other methods that will be clearly mentioned on our site.
Please note that Pay Pal payment services are available for customers outside India only.
Indian customers can also choose to pay via Net Banking facility.
19) Are the colors of the products on the website shown accurately?
We have done our best to display product colours as accurately as possible on this website. However, the appearance of colours depends on the brightness of the device being used by you. Hence, the colours may vary in some cases. Please refer to the product description.
